Our Mission
The Quality Resource Center (QRC) is an 501(C) 3 nonprofit organization that has been established since 2006. It is our mission to create innovative programs, fill service gaps, meet needs in our community and make a positive difference in the lives of the people we serve. Since 1997 QRC and her sister company Quality Life Center has worked untiringly to develop a number of strategic programs and initiatives to make an impact upon the populations served and the communities.
Supportive
S.A.L.U.T.E is dedicated to changing our community by assisting men and women who made numerous sacrifices by choosing to serve our nation when they joined our military forces.
Uniting
S.A.L.U.T.E. understands that success requires teamwork, understanding and empathy. We encourage all members of the community to volunteer.
Affordable
S.A.L.U.T.E will offer affordable housing through our Permanent Supportive Living Apartments provided by Veterans Landing. These apartments are priced by the ability to pay and individual financial benefits.
Treatment
S.A.L.U.T.E is committed to treating veterans battling PTSD, substance abuse, Anger Management and more which is a key component to a successful transition.
Living
S.A.L.U.T.E. wants to see honor and respect reestablished in the lives of our homeless veterans. Existing day to day with uncertainty and lack of stability is no way for our heroes to live.
Employment
S.A.L.U.T.E. works with veterans to help them obtain job skills through educational training, computer training, and developing micro-enterprise businesses,.
